Most homes are built to be looked at. Alba was built to be lived in. Every material, every system, every decision in this house was made against one measure: does it make the person inside it feel better? Cleaner air. Cleaner water. Light that follows the rhythm of the day. Sauna, cold plunge, and heated pool, plumbed into the house from the first line of the brief. Copper throughout, red light in every bathroom, hydronic heat in the slab beneath the floor.
Jono designed Alba, built it, and lived in it for a year before it went to market. What you're walking through is not a display home. It's a refined one — every decision tested, every amenity used, every rough edge quietly sorted before the first tour.
