Brief
We start with you. We map the way you live, sleep, and move through a day, and translate it into the systems your home will need. The Brief is the most valuable thing we make. Every architect, engineer, and builder on the project works from it. Every decision, is held against it.

Design integration
The brief tells us who should design your home. We bring in the right architect — or work with yours — and build the eight pillars of the Homey Standard into the design, before drawings ever go to council.

Build oversight
We hold the brief all the way onto the site, standing over the mechanical, acoustic, and material decisions - making sure the home matches what was promised.

Handover
We calibrate every system and leave you a manual written for your home. Then we onboard you onto the Homey lifestyle App — because handover isn't the end of the relationship. It's the start of a different one.

The Homey Brief is a complete portrait of how a person, a family, and a household actually live.
It maps what wellbeing means for you specifically, ranks the spaces and moments that matter most, pins down the materials and aesthetic you're drawn to — and becomes the guardrail every later decision is measured against.

Full consultancy
We hold the brief from first conversation to handover, working alongside your architect, engineers and builder.
Collaboration
We work with developers, architects, hotels and wellness operators on projects already underway, integrating the Standard into the design and build.
Certification
Whichever route you take, certification is the requirement. No home, hotel or retreat carries the Homey name without it.
Certification happens at the final stage of the build. We return to the home and assess it against each of the eight pillars of the Homey Standard, then document exactly what was implemented against each one. The result is a certificate number and a permanent, searchable record — recognised wherever the Homey mark appears.
