How we work

Discovery and the Brief

The work begins long before any architect is appointed. We sit with you and build a portrait of how you actually live — your sleep, your routines, your sensory preferences, the relationships in the home. From that, we write the Brief. The Brief is the most valuable thing we make. Every architect, engineer, and builder on the project works from it. Every decision, for the next eighteen months, is held against it.

Design and build

Once the Brief is written, we coordinate the full project around it. Architects, engineers, interior designer, landscape architect — every specialist the home needs. Through design, we manage the team and protect the Brief through every decision. Through construction, we are on site as your eyes — checking that what gets built is what was designed, and that every detail still serves the person who'll live there.

Handover and beyond

When the home is ready, we walk you through it. Every system, every routine, every reason a decision was made. We hand over the documentation, the contacts, and the maintenance schedule. From that day forward, you become a member of the Homey community — with access to our concierge, our practitioner network, and the events that make the home part of a wider life. The relationship doesn't end at handover. It's where the rest of it starts.
