How we work with developers
Every development runs through a Homey consultancy package.
Certification is not a standalone add-on. To carry the Homey Standard, a development moves through one of our consultancy packages: the Collaboration Package for projects that already have an architect or builder in place, or the Project Management Package when you want Homey to run delivery end to end. Both include the same brief, the same standards, and the same certification at the end.
Most developers begin with the Collaboration Package. If the project grows or you need us to take on more of the delivery, you can step up to Project Management before construction starts — with what you have already paid credited across.

02 — Wellness retreats
Retreats designed as a complete wellness experience
For wellness retreats, the building is only part of the product. We help you design spaces that support rest, recovery, and programming — from circadian lighting and quiet materials to acoustic privacy and low-EMF environments. Once certified, the retreat is onboarded into the Homey Life App so guests can book their stay directly with you. The retreat can still be listed on other platforms, but bookings through the Homey app come with far lower fees, which means more revenue stays with you. The app also acts as a companion for the retreat itself: you can book practitioners in advance to run sessions at set times and dates, and guests can book their own practitioners, bodywork, or wellness services while they are staying. Everything sits in one place, so the retreat experience starts before arrival and continues through every day of the stay.

03 — Wellness accommodation
Short-stay accommodation that feels like a wellness home
Wellness accommodation should feel effortless for guests. We help developers of boutique stays, short-term rentals, and serviced residences create spaces where guests arrive to filtered water, clean air, natural light, and a calm interior. After certification, the property is onboarded into the Homey Life App where people can book their stay directly. Bookings through the Homey app cost significantly less in fees than platforms like Airbnb — less than half in many cases — so you keep more of every booking while reaching guests who are already looking for wellness-led stays. Once guests are in the home, they can use the same app to order groceries, dining, practitioner visits, and anything else they need during their stay.
