Food by Homey
Private chefs, simple in-home cooking, fine dining, certified organic groceries, farm produce, olive oil and quality drinking water — connected through the Homey Life App.
Private chefing & dining
Choose a pre-selected menu in the practitioner network, book a chef for meal preparation, ask someone to cook produce already in your kitchen, or have the chef bring everything required. The same system can cover a relaxed barbecue, weekly meals, catering or a complete fine-dining experience.
Ingredients can be ordered through the marketplace inside the Homey Life App, keeping the chef, menu, produce, booking and payment in one place.

Culinary leadership
Daniel Lee, formerly a private chef to the Prime Minister of Singapore and a member of five chef associations in Victoria, leads Food by Homey.
Daniel reviews the professional history, culinary standard and service of chefs joining the platform. Just as importantly, he looks for a serious understanding of organic food, human health and the difference between cooking beautifully and cooking in a way that supports the person eating it.

Homey purchases directly from participating growers to remove unnecessary middle layers, return more value to farms and make excellent produce more accessible to households. Growing demand also gives more farmers a reason to move toward organic and biodynamic practice.
The longer-term network will include education and practical pathways for growers who want to improve soil, reduce chemical dependence and work toward recognised organic certification. The aim is a system in which the grower, household and landscape all benefit.
Homey farms
Where the Homey Collective becomes established, the long-term ambition is to secure regional farm infrastructure capable of supplying quality drinking water and produce locally. Site selection considers geology, catchment, source protection and laboratory water testing with the appropriate specialists.
The first Homey farm already supplies water to residents and Homey Life App members. Current source readings include a pH of 7.3 and total dissolved solids of 140 mg/L. Those figures describe acidity and dissolved mineral content; drinking-water suitability is considered through broader laboratory testing rather than either number alone. It is the beginning of a regional model built around one of the most basic needs the Collective has: reliable access to carefully tested drinking water.
The grove
The family-run farm includes an olive grove producing high-polyphenol extra virgin olive oil. Care has extended below the fruit to testing leaves and soil, identifying deficiencies and rebuilding nutrients through organic methods.
Its results record that progression: silver and bronze in 2024, silver in 2025 and gold in 2026 — the tenth consecutive competition year in which the oil received an award. Chickens, lambs and the grove sit within a broader living farm ecosystem.
Homey Kitchens
As membership grows in a hub, Homey can establish a satellite kitchen or Homey cafe serving the local Homey Collective. By day it may operate as a cafe or restaurant; behind the scenes it gives local chefs a base for meal preparation, catering, private dining and short-notice orders.
That local base creates more flexibility than a chef travelling from scratch for every booking. Residents and app members gain more dependable access to prepared meals and catering, while chefs gain a kitchen and an established local audience.
